All prices are exclusive of delivery - (unless otherwise stated).

New PC's & Laptops:
Warranty is 12 months unless otherwise specified. 
Warranty is “ 26 days Return to Base” from date of despatch or delivery unless otherwise stated ( 5 days on notebook batteries).  
R* Reconditioned units.

Batteries on refurbished notebooks are guaranteed to run for a minimum of 30 minutes under normal use (excluding running CD) although our average is approx. 1 hour.

Notebook Keyboards are either UK English or US English unless otherwise stated.

Our payment terms are cash on delivery.

All rights in trademarks and brand names pertaining to products is acknowledged.

Privacy  Policy

PC Help is committed to ensuring you feel confident about the privacy of your personal information. Information you provide is protected in line with this policy.

Use of Your  Personal Information When you register with PC Help, any details you provide will be stored for our own personal use and to provide you with services supplied by PC Help.  When you register, we will treat you as having consented to PC Help using your personal data in the manner described in this Policy. PC Help sometimes runs promotions and competitions asking you to refer others to our site, services or products. In such promotions, you may yourself disclose your email address to persons you refer. You are however in control of who you refer and to whom you send your email address.

Email Addresses We respect the privacy of personal email accounts. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any third party organisation. We will use email to send you messages appropriate to the services we offer. We may also use email to keep you up to date with news  and other things you have  indicated are of interest to you relating to the services we offer.

Disclosure of Information We will take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. We will make all efforts to keep your information confidential and will only use it to offer products and services indicated by us.  Your personal details collected on registering will not be passed to any third party company for marketing purposes.

Right of Access to Your Information  You can request details of the information relating to your registration or other details at any time. You can change this information at any time by making a written request.  If you want to know exactly what personal information we hold for you, you can obtain it. If this information is inaccurate, we will make the necessary changes. We will confirm such changes have been made. An administration fee of £10 is payable by cheque to PC Help. Orders from PC Help Site Any orders made from our site are done so using third party secure transaction processes, provided by recognised financial institutions. Specific details of security governing the transaction can be obtained at the time of order and before the order is placed.

Links to Third Party Sites  Links to third party Internet sites through PC Help are not covered by this policy. Please make appropriate checks when using such sites. We accept no responsibility or liability for any such sites.

Opt Out If you no longer wish to receive email form PC Help you can request to be removed.  Removal instructions are contained in our newsletter and other communications. This opt out will apply to the email address you have provided.
